2 tablespoons juice from our Pickled Pink Sweet Gourmet Pickles
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 teaspoon sugar
1 teaspoon fresh dill, finely chopped
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
Salt & pepper to taste
6 cups of cabbage, shredded
1/2 cup red cabbage, shredded
1/2 cup carrots, shredded
1/2 cup Pickled Pink Sweet Gourmet Pickles, chopped
Mix the dressing ingredients in a large bowl.
Add Coleslaw ingredients to the dressing and toss to combine.
Refrigerate for 2 hours before serving.
