Beets, Blueberry & Ginger Smoothie
Add a little spice to your smoothies! Sweet, spicy, nutritious and delicious, our Honey Cinnamon Beets add a real kick to your everyday smoothie.
Ingredients:
- 1/3 cup Pickled Pink Honey Cinnamon Beets
- 1 cup frozen blueberries (or frozen berries of your choice)
- 1/2 frozen banana, peeled and cut into chunks
- 1 inch peeled ginger root
- 3/4 cup apple juice
- Fresh berries or banana slices for garnish, optional
- Chia seeds for garnish, optional
Directions:
Put all ingredients into a blender or food processor and blend to desired consistency. Pour into two glasses, garnish or enjoy as is!
