Beets, Blueberry & Ginger Smoothie

Add a little spice to your smoothies! Sweet, spicy, nutritious and delicious, our Honey Cinnamon Beets add a real kick to your everyday smoothie.


  • 1/3 cup Pickled Pink Honey Cinnamon Beets
  • 1 cup frozen blueberries (or frozen berries of your choice)
  • 1/2 frozen banana, peeled and cut into chunks
  • 1 inch peeled ginger root
  • 3/4 cup apple juice
  • Fresh berries or banana slices for garnish, optional
  • Chia seeds for garnish, optional


Put all ingredients into a blender or food processor and blend to desired consistency. Pour into two glasses, garnish or enjoy as is!
