Charlie Stephenson is an Alabama native and Auburn graduate whose Southern family recipes are the backbone of the company. He loves his family, Auburn athletics, and relaxing with his dogs grilling out on the weekends. He is passionate about his products, and loves sharing a bit of his family history with the world.
Jim Lawlor is a 25-year veteran of the restaurant industry in Atlanta, Georgia, where he currently resides with his wife, two kids, and some cute dogs. Originally from New York City, Jim studied at Florida State and can be heard cheering for the Seminoles whenever they play.
They can be found in their signature pink aprons at trade shows, where they enjoy meeting their customers and telling their stories. They both have an extremely active role in the company, and anything that is put out has to pass their strict quality inspection. They’re excited to share their business with you!
