- 2 tablespoons juice from our Pickled Pink Sweet Gourmet Pickles
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon fresh dill, finely chopped
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt & pepper to taste
- 6 cups of cabbage, shredded
- 1/2 cup red cabbage, shredded
- 1/2 cup carrots, shredded
- 1/2 cup Pickled Pink Sweet Gourmet Pickles, chopped
Mix the dressing ingredients in a large bowl.
Add Coleslaw ingredients to the dressing and toss to combine.
Refrigerate for 2 hours before serving.
